The problem resides on my part on Applications Insights and Applications Gateways Health Probes.
And not only in North Europe, but also in West Europe.
I got 2 subscriptions with the same problem at the same time on the same resources.
Please update the thread in order to reflect that is not only north europe that has a problem, and also west Europe.
