We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/12, 01:20 UTC. Our logs show that the incident started on 11/11, 23:50 UTC and that during the 1 hour and 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of the customers experienced issues with missed or delayed Log Search Alerts or experienced difficulties accessing data for resources hosted in West US2 and North Europe.
