We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/28, 15:14 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/28, 13:48 UTC and that during the 1 hour 26 min that it took to resolve the issue, customers using Azure Monitor in Brazil South East experienced data access, data latency, data gaps, missed or delayed alerts and incorrect alert activation while ingesting telemetry. Customer also experienced issues with missed or delayed alerts.
