We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/30, 10:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/30, 08:50 UTC and that during the 1 Hour & 25 Minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced data access issue and delayed or missed alerts in West US 2 region.
