We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 3/21, 22:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 3/21, 21:15 UTC and that during the 1 hour that it took to resolve the issue 12% of customers experienced an inability to query data in China - Mooncake region.

Root cause has been isolated to An invalid configuration replicated to the region which was impacting customer ability to query data. To address this issue we are reverting the configuration change.
