We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/24, 08:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/23, 11:50 UTC and that during the 20 hours 40 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of customers experienced failure in updating the rules that was created within the impact duration.
