We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/13, 21:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/13, 20:25 UTC and that during the 1 hour that it took to resolve the issue subset of Log Analytics customers in West US 2 might have experienced failures in Log Search Alerts.
