We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/28, 06:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/28, 05:25 UTC and that during the 1 hour 20 minutes that it took to resolve the issue all the customers in China - Mooncake region experienced alerting failures.
