We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/5, 14:48 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/5, 9:15 UTC and that during the 5 hours and 33 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers in North Europe, South Central US and West Europe region might have experienced Alerting Failure issue.
