We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 1/6, 19:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 1/6, 18:30 UTC and that during the 1 hour 15 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 6.4% of customers experienced data access in the Azure portal, query failures for Log Analytics and alerting failures for Log Search Alerts.
