Is the on-prem upgrade from 4.10 to 4.11 expected to cause an outage for existing layer 2 extensions?

    During the HCX manager upgrade, Network Extensions will continue to work during the HCX manager reboot. 

    When the HCX service components are upgraded, if Network Extension appliances are in use there will be a brief disruption to existing Layer 2 extensions. HCX service components upgrades will be performed by the customer and should be scheduled during a maintenance window.
