Our team is under NDA and the work we do is not publicly available yet. This is where we can share the high-level architecture and some ideas but not samples (btw, afaik Azure CAF\WAF team is preparing something similar as a part of Azure Landing Zones, stay tuned GitHub - Azure/Enterprise-Scale: The Azure Landing Zones (Enterprise-Scale) architecture provides prescriptive guidance coupled with Azure best practices, and it follows design principles across the critical design areas for organizations to define their Azure architecture)
We've done some work for alerting and monitoring deployments which are usually custom solutions for our customers - it varies based on requirement, DINE policies, ARM templates, Azure Function etc. and since its paid engagement, these are stored in customer pipelines too. We won't be able to share the work without approval from our leadership and the customers. Hope this helps.
