What is the best way to submit a bug report for the Service Retirement workbook? We have found multiple instances where the Service Retirement workbook is inaccurately flagging resources.
Namely
1. SQL Databases are incorrectly marked as affected for the retiring feature 'Support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1'.  Minimum TLS configuration is done at the SQL Server level, not database level. Even after correcting the SQL Server TLS configuration the databases are still flagged as affected

2. Similarly Event Grid System Topics are also flagged as impacted but For Azure Event Grid system topics, the TLS versioning is managed by the Azure platform, and users do not have the ability to view or modify these settings.
