I am confused, why cannot this process be unified among your Product Groups?

For example: Retirement: Transition from Helm Repositories to OCI Artifacts for Storing Helm Charts (microsoft.com)
Why wasn`t this communicated via the Health Advisory?
Now we need to check an additional source for retirement information?
Very counterproductive
