niveditharam - This is a syntax error and based on the name, I believe this is one that you or your team wrote. The error message does show the filename, API.cs, and the row number and character. It looks like a simple misuse of curly braces but sometimes the parser gets it wrong.
Have another review, and remember, Visual Studio is your friend
