I just found out today that Azure Trusted VM cannot configure for Disaster Recovery. Per MS Bing search, here is the idea:

To convert a trusted VM to a standard VM in Azure, you can do the following:
Disable the Windows Recovery Environment on the Gen1 VM1.
Create a new Gen2 VM with the security-type parameter set to Standard.
Capture and apply the image of the original VM to the new VM
Delete the original VM and its associated resources

 

Anyone can share a step-by-step documentation please.  My VM is a SQL server 2022 with Windows Server 2022 built from marketplace image.
