How does the billing work for the SSD tiers?  Are you paying the price of a similar sized managed Standard / Premium SSD managed disk?  Also do you have an IOPS comparison using all three tiers?  My understanding was that the original HDD based ephemeral OS disk was faster than a regular Managed Premium SSD disk.
