Hi all,
After upgrading to Office 2024 LTSC, we have encountered significant freezing issues in Skype for Business Persistent Chat (on-prem deployment). We reverted to Office 2016 and 2021 versions, which function without any lag. Cache clearing, add-in removal, and client reinstalls were attempted, but did not resolve the issue with Office 2024.
This appears to be a compatibility issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any workarounds or planned fixes?
