Well written. In addition, there needs to be a strong emphasis of in the assessment phase of current estate, there are multiple scripts, and partner solutions like Unravel data, Pepper data who does this very well. It will help you break down the workload in manageable chunks, and hence plan an iterative migration as suggested here in this blog.
