I realise this is an old post but Azure seems to have broken the Private GitHub Access approach now.
Almost as if the RegEx or whatever is only grabbing the initial URL and ignoring any parameters passed to it so it calls the fucntion app API but doesn't pass the Github URI in!
Just wondering if you see the same
