So, just to confirm

 

  • For QnAAuthKey use the value for Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key
  • For QnAEndpointHostName use the value for the host name.
  • For QnAKnowledgebaseId use the value of the project name.

    As highlighted in the screenshot link below.
