I am facing the below while trying to use the blob url with form_recognizer_client.begin_recognize_custom_forms_from_url function

HttpResponseError: (2001) Failed to download the image from the submitted URL. The URL may either be invalid or the server hosting the image is experiencing some technical difficulties.

Could you tell me how to resolve this issue
