As far as I understand, the July cumulative update already set KrbtgtFullPacSignature to 3.

Since december '22 cumulative, if you had non-compatible systems, you should have seen Event ID 43.
Since July, again, if you had non-compatible systems, you should have seen Event ID 44.

The October cumulative will only restrict you to rollback to a FullPac not Signed.
