The web enrollment pages have not been developed or maintained since Windows Server 2008 from the product group.  The web page has been determined to be weak from a security perspective and since most browsers do not support any of the functions they are going to be doing away with the pages at some point.  There are several ways to deal with this, write pages of your own to accomplish what the web site does.  We do have PowerShell for Linux, and you could basically submit the CSR via this method (Submit-CertificateRequest) I would imagine.  

I am not aware of any current date / time that they are no longer going to have these pages as an option to install, however we have NOT updated these pages in a very long time and they do not plan on doing it any longer either.
