What I can also recommend is Windows Admin Center Gateway and Time Service extension (part of WAC insiders feed).

this has great things and easier checks and configuration than cmdline tools, albeit these are quicker.

Are you aware about time sync issues with Hyper-V VMs and Windows Server 2025 Domain Controllers? It seems like they are not picking up the settings correctly.

net stop w32tm && net start w32time

#PowerShell 5.1 / 7.x

restart-service w32time 

#optionally: -force will restart all dependent services
