So it is the preference of .net to use TLS 1.0 and this reference?
And this despite the OS won't prefer or use TLS 1.0, like Windows Server 2022.

Maybe this is the reason for the point we need to configure TLS 1.2 when using PowerShell?

And if it is required why it could not be changed in Windows Server 2022 / 2025. Or is it just in code for compatibility reasons and no longer required at all? 
I am confused about this, to be honest. Said before that downloading PS Modules or connecting to Azure will fail without the commands.
