If you want to run the apps under separate accounts, you'll need to move each to its own subdomain, as SPNs are only granular down to service-type/FQDN. So: http/app1.corpdomain.tld -> DOMAIN\app1-svcAcct, http/app2.corpdomain.tld -> DOMAIN\app2_svcAcct, etc.
