Hi Dave,

Great article. Recently I am migrating file shares which are using standalone DFS namespace in the source location to domain based namespace in target location. What are the precaution and pre-requisites I need to tak before I start the migration. 

The target DFS server and the file servers are all virtual machines in VMware with OS as Windows Server 2016 standard version.
