Use Nginx as a reverse proxy in Azure Container App

This post was immensely helpful, specifically the comments about removing proxy_set_header Host $host. I had the same issue where it worked fine in Docker compose but not in ACA until I removed that header. My setup is similar to angelplayer with websockets and http.
