Great documentation and post and example for adding a third party incident management system via mcp but as far as I understand this is an on demant integration, someone needs to trigger the issue analysis. Is it possible to poll the active incidents like pagerdury/servicenow native integration via custom mcp (syncing the issue) then sre agent starts working on it?
