OK so this was the change:

Azure Container Apps: you passed the load balancer from a 5‑tuple hash algorithm to round‑robin approach.
Azure App Service.... ?

We are still massively impacted by this issue.

Why the same fix wasn't applied to Azure App Service?

When this fix will be applied?
