Nikita_Nallamothu  One of our business unit deploy to Azure US East 2 and are looking for Scale Test solution ! I found this pattern interesting and would like to explore myself first. In mean time if you can get us a preview in US East 2 that would be awesome ! I will come back with full list of regions we use in our Org when we go org wide rollout !
