Is basic auth the only method for authentication?
What about OAuth?
And is there any documentation regarding which roles are required from ServiceNow's side?

Hey AG,

 We just released live today support for OAuth will document it shortly. For basic auth the minimum required permissions on the Service Now side would be the ITIL permission.
