Hi, Edzard_P I hit the same issue. To resolve it, I needed to create a Subscription key in APIM and pass that in when I first created the connection from Power Platform.  i.e. when you create the Connection in Power Apps, its not the Open AI key you need to pass in, but a key you created in APIM under subscriptions:
