Take a closer look at the updates

The Copilot Cowork Adoption Hub launched in June with role-based guidance for users, Champions, leaders, and IT admins, along with adoption resources aligned to the Microsoft 365 Implementation Framework. Starting July, you now have access to an on-demand Cowork webinar and AMA content and ready-to-use task packs to help teams get started faster.

We also continued to expand our AI Agent adoption resources, giving organizations more ways to learn, build, and scale agents through hands-on training, real-world examples, and expert guidance. Recent updates include a new Learning Agent demo and expanded on-demand content across Agent at Work, Agent Mastery, and Agent Transformation Stories.

Building Copilot, agent, and Microsoft 365 skills just got easier with the significantly expanded Customer Hub learning library. The latest additions include 14 new on-demand sessions in the Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agents for All Users series, new Prompt Mastery recordings for upskilling, additional Microsoft 365 Copilot skilling events, more OneDrive Customer Office Hours recordings, new Viva Glint employee listening sessions, and on-demand access to MGCI General Session resources and recordings.

Getting started with Copilot in SharePoint is now easier than ever. Microsoft launched a dedicated resource center that brings everything you need into one place, from adoption guidance and learning content to real-world use cases and getting-started resources. Whether teams are exploring Copilot for the first time or looking to unlock more value from their SharePoint sites, the new hub makes it easier to discover practical applications and confidently integrate AI into everyday work.

Couldn’t attend Microsoft 365 Community Conference or TechCon365 Chicago? Missed a session or want to revisit key takeaways? Check out the centralized resource hubs for Microsoft 365 Community Conference and TechCon 365 Chicago content, making it easy to access presentations, session resources, and post-event learning materials all in one place. July updates help you discover relevant sessions and continue learning long after the events have ended.

As hybrid work continues to evolve, we're making it easier for organizations to create meeting spaces that truly work. The new Teams Rooms adoption experience serves as a one-stop hub for planning, deploying, and getting the most out of Teams Rooms, with practical guidance and modern workspace recommendations. In addition, the redesigned Teams Meeting controls allow you to customize your meeting controls around how you work and a cleaner layout to help reduce accidental clicks and to keep the tools you need within reach.

Building a thriving community in Teams just got easier. The Teams and Viva Engage product teams introduced a new Communities in Teams playbook packed with practical guidance for launching, nurturing, and growing communities within Teams. Whether you're starting a new community or looking to boost participation in an existing one, the playbook offers proven strategies to help foster meaningful engagement and collaboration.

Finding the right resources is now faster and more intuitive. The Customer Hub rolled out a series of enhancements , making it easier for you to discover content, navigate learning resources, and stay connected. From smarter search and improved filtering to refreshed page designs, accessibility upgrades, and enhanced social sharing, these updates streamline the overall experience so you can spend less time searching and more time learning.
