Great question! For Enterprise Agreements, subscription costs are based
on usage and don't include prepaid amounts, overages, included
quantities, adjustments, and taxes. Actual charges are computed at the
Enrollment level.
Does Cost Analysis present cost using the 'retail' price found in online
documentation or the actual one which an enterprise-level customer was
able to negotiate?
