@PeterHauge We're still seeing problems in our environment in EastUS. I tried booting one small lab (8 vms) and it took until the 17 minute mark for them all to show as running. Some were up at 3 minutes, others trickled in until the 17 minute mark. I also provisioned a new lab (9 vms), from the sam...
