I wanted to share some updates on our end - since last year we've moved from showing the run status in a pane to a status bar at the top of your Excel workbooks. This change has been made fully available to customers using web versions of Excel, and we're working to make it available in desktop now as well. Unfortunately there’s no current way to view or execute your scripts in Excel for Desktop, though it’s definitely a feature we’re considering moving forward. Huge thank you for your question - as Sergei said the editor's currently not resizable, but we definitely recognize and agree that the code editor becomes difficult to use with large scripts.
