Is there any limitation on Patch requests on Azure Application Gateway?
I have an Azure Application Gateway (WAF mode is detection) and a web application in the backend in my edge network. Everything works well, but I have an issue with a "Patch" request. When I sent this request I received: 400 Bad Request Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2 I didn't have this issue in another environment without Azure Application Gateway (WAF mode detection). I wanna know if there is any limitation on the Patch request.357Views0likes2CommentsConfuse in Azure WAF behavior with different browsers
Hello, I have an Azure Application gateway (WAF) that prevention mode is enabled and the OWASP 3 and the Microsoft Bot rule are activate. I checked my web application with chrome and refresh and sent many requests with Chrome. Now I received 403 Forbidden. I checked the logs the reason is: requestUri_s: /auth/login requestUri_s: /favicon.ico Message: SQL Comment Sequence Detected. But when I open my web application with Edge, it's work well. (Same system and same IP) 1. What's the reason? 2. How to fix? If I disable this role, there are risks. If I trust my IP, I couldn't check and QA my web app.459Views0likes1CommentHow to use Defender for Cloud App with cost optimization for both environment ( Dev and Prod )
Hi All, I have two subscriptions 1. Development and 2. Production. In the Dev subscription, I have a lot of resources like about 20 storage accounts and 12 app service plans and 4 Azure SQL and etc. As you know, Defender for Cloud is subscription level, therefor If I enable it on a Dev subscription the cost should be more expensive. But in the Prod environment, I will enable Defender for Prod's resources. Now, I want to know how can I use Defender for Dev's resources with minimum cost or what's the best solution or best practice for this issue. My idea is to use Prod security recommendations for the same resources in the Dev environment. Is there another idea? The Exam voucher validation meaning
Hi guys I have a Microsoft exam voucher with an expiration date. (Attached Picture) Now, I wanna know what's the meaning of this date. 1. I should book and take the exam before this date. OR 2. I should book the exam before this date but I can select and take the exam date after this expire date. Best regardsSolved1.4KViews0likes3Comments
