Hi Maxvdm , I am afraid not or at least I haven't checked in a while, but presume nothing has changed. Only experienced this in a Dev environment, so didn't really look much further. I would check the basics though and ensure that the external user you are trying to connect with, has the external access ability permitted within their tenant and the same for yourself also. Hi nozevans , It does sound like an issue with the source, but then as you have seen it does render better in the native email web client. However I would expect Outlook as a client to be a bit more strict about what content it allows through, especially if it cannot interpret the language perhaps and therefore thinks it is better to be safe than sorry. So the only thing I can thing to suggest, is to look to language settings. Not necessarily to set yourself to Korean but thinking more a long the lines of a language pack for said language. Hi blabla15 , I would raise this with Microsoft as that does seem odd. As normally a chat initiated for a second time, with the same person would just resume the one chat. It is slightly different if it is then say a chat with the one person, that then includes a second person as that would then become a chat in its own right. I was then thinking if the pinning had anything to do with it, but surprised if it is doing what you have shown and especially if they are all in a draft state. Hi RonnyT95 , It is worth noting that features are released to different tenants at different rates and there are other factors such as being signed up to preview features etc. However it is also worth noting the Microsoft Teams Personal is quite a different beast to Microsoft Teams in the Corporate world. I am also intrigued about this Plan a Meeting now option, as my initial thought is, is this not just say an on demand channel meeting. So if it is OK, could you send me a screen shot as to the feature in question and a description of what functionality it is you are after in the Business version please? Hi Daphnebaker , This is the behaviour of Meetings that are scheduled outside of a Team, so when you schedule a Teams meeting you have the option to associate with a Team. Those that are Teams meetings but not associated with a specific Team are located within Chat. Just to put it out there some people like this as a means to collaborate externally, without the need to switch tenants from within the Teams client. So I think rather than focus on turning this off, I would either ensure your meetings are bound to the channel of a Team or within the Chat area just select the Chat and execute the following option: Mute will stop you getting notifications of additions. Hide will remove from view until such a time you initiated a chat against this meeting again. Thanks HenryRe: Updating MS teams
Hi HarryS9003 , I am not a Mac user, so you will have to forgive me if any of the following does not fly in the opposite Mac world. But basically Teams should update itself. Hi ipswichcatholic , I am initially thinking Microsoft Forms would take you most of the way but it can be quite limited and you may fall short with the getting full requirement but it certainly has a CSV that can be generated and exported. And as you would imagine this can be surfaced within Teams. To get a bit more custom, you may want to look at Power Apps, as that will give you the most flexibility. Might also be worth looking at the Microsoft Booking App, if it is still going that is. So to summarise, I would be looking to Forms, Power Apps or Bookings (Not sure this is still valid) Thanks HenryRe: Teams - Multiple Meeting Organisers
Andrea2007PG Hi, Sorry, you are quite right and I suppose it is kind of good in a way but only the person who scheduled the meeting (Organiser) can edit meeting settings and options. I also had a quick look at the Meeting via Outlook as that can be a good way of say sending an update without sending the update to everyone. Hi ABDULLAH_FAHAD , I was hoping to see how OneDrive was looking Outside of Teams, as whilst it utilises it within Teams, if there is an issue with OneDrive outside of Teams it is going to transcend into being a problem in Teams. So if you go to Portal.Office.com > Click on the Waffle menu or via the nice shiny convenient menu on the left as shown below and select OneDrive: Does that allow you to see your OneDrive files. Or equally if you have the Sync Client installed how does it show in the System Tray: Once we can confirm the health in general of your OneDrive, which I am sure at worst it would probably be an authentication/sign in issue. Hi, I would certainly take a look at the call analytics of the user, via the Teams admin Centre. It is amazing the amount of info you can get regarding a call. Not a solution but might help narrow down the issue and put those fingers away 🙂 Thanks HenryRe: Join now button on to do bar in outlook
Hi Mattw112 , Would you mind sharing a screen shot just so I can visualise the area of concern? Also are there any differences between the type of meetings that do have the Join and those that don't. I am thinking not but just thought if one is say a scheduled meeting not bound to the Channel of a Team, another one that is bound to a Channel of a Team etc. Also are you able to get the version of the Microsoft Apps for Enterprise, AKA Office Pro Plus? I ask because a lot of the Teams functionality in Outlook is normally provided by way of an Add-In supplied as part of the Office installation. So whilst it is not clear cut in that it sometimes shows and others it does not, it would be good to confirm version when I compare. Hi fabianomichelino , Storage for meetings is set to change to OneDrive/SharePoint, however in the meantime and I am sure would be the case for the recording in question it will be stored in Stream, if it was captured. So I would go to stream.microsoft.com and see if it can be located from within there. Thanks Henry
