When I select multiple files in a O365 SharePoint Document Library and select Download option, I automatically get a zip file with all the selected files. PeterRising I also changed the Versioning Settings of the OneDrive to reduce the number of versions from the default 500 to 100. How long will it take for this setting to take impact? PeterRising OneDrive is not allowing me to delete any file from the Folders in OneDrive and now it has completely run out of space. Neither am I able to add any files or delete now - seems like a deadlock. I am in a situation where a single PST File has consumed almost 93% of the space on my OneDrive and now I have run out of space. Can someone provide a step-by-step guidance on how to solve this issue? I do understand now that a PST should not be saved on OneDrive since it creates a version for every email but not sure how to move out of this situation. Tried deleting the file on my Windows Explorer but it seems to comeback. If I try to delete the File using the web interface of OneDrive it is giving me various errors.
