Hubs in the new section shortcut section
Hi there, I noticed the new shortcut section on the upper right. For me, it looks like the following screenshot. A click on e.g. Excel leads me to the General Excel space and not to the Excel hub. In the old favourites, I had the option to also address a hub. How can I set or add shortcuts to the hub? Thank you. Best, MouradSpaces mark themselves as unread
Hi there, I noticed, now relatively often in the near past, that when I mark spaces as read, that resets to unread after a time for all threads when revisiting the spaces. Why? Hi christian2100, it looks like your Excel is in Danish. If yes, then you should translate the formula to danish - what implies on one hand the translation of the function names and on another hand the use of the list separator of your system (usually ; instead of a comma) =INDEKS(A:A;RÆKKE()*2-1)&TEGN(10)&INDEKS(A:A;RÆKKE()*2) Best, MouradRe: Badges & Achievements
Hi SergeiBaklan, yes, maybe they are no more supported. I have 4 more on the badges pages as in the achievements page, including the two one you mentionned and Add Bio, Set Location. I don't care too much of badges, but I think, that when a user receives a badge notification and is redirected to a page, that is not accessible from the profile, it is confusing. Hi there, I got a notification, that I earned my 3 years' badge. This brings me to a page, which URL looks like this: techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/badges/userbadgespage/... This page shows a number of badges. If I look on the achievements page in my profile, the number of achievements listed there differs from the number listed on the special badges page. Why? Hi Allen, thanks, yes I have a valid IP6 connection. I additionally tested it with the website you mentionned and all tests were successfully passed. Hi, I just noticed on my profile, that showing my activities displays an error instead of the activities, as you can see in the screenshot below. The same error seems also to appear on other parts in this forum. For example, if I go to KB in this Community Lounge, second screenshot. The third screenshots shows error messages right now I am writing this post. Additionally, the TechCommunity automatically logs me out when visiting some forums. For example this one. I have to re-login (does that automatically, when clicking somewhere). Best, MouradRe: Excel no more working
Hello Patrick8639, localized versions - e.g. German or French - of Excel had some problems on the build (12430.20050) you mentionned in your log. Please try to explicitely update Excel by using "Compte / Options de mise à jour / Mettre à jour". This should then update Excel (Office) to Build 12430.20120. For me, that worked. Hi, personally, I must say, I gave up to believe that this forum in general will increase in speed. Just now, before writing this post at 17:45 local time in (West) Germany, I was checking my favourites and the speed is very slow. Takes about 10 seconds to load the pages. Hallo, nebenbei, das ist hier ein englisches Forum, weshalb es eigentlich besser ist, in Englisch zu schreiben - auch wenn das Forum Beiträge in anderen Sprachen automatisch übersetzt. Meiner Ansicht und Wissen nach sind Abfragen tatsächlich nur im Lesemodus. Bei SQL-Abfragen ist's aber gegebenenfalls möglich, im Connection-String das Flag ReadOnly zu setzen. Hi, if you are meaning the Add-In from www.real-statistics.com, then, as far as I know, it needs the Excel Solver Add-In installed and active. Excel Options, Category Add-Ins, ensure Add-Ins is selected (normally preselected) from the list in the bottom, click on the button next to the right and activate the Solver Add-In. Hallo, richtig, Dein iPhone verwendet typografische Anführungszeichen bzw. wandelt gerade Anführungszeichen automatisch beim Tippen in typografische um, weshalb die Excel-Formel nicht funktioniert. Es müssen in der Excel-Formel die geraden Anführungszeichen verwendet werden: =WENN(A1="x";A1;0) Du könntest schauen, wie Du die automatische Umwandlung in Deinem iPhone abstellst. Ich habe zwar kein iPhone, aber ich meine, die Einstellung dazu wäre unter Tastatur / Intelligente Interpunktion zu finden. Ansonsten mal googlen. GrußSearch experience in the Tech Community
Hi there, yesterday, I did a search for my posts in this Community for getting some stats. I would like to ask some questions, share some improvements suggestions and maybe report some issues. I started my search from the Office International Community by using the search box "Search this community" and searched for my first name. It looks then like the following screenshot. The first question I have, is what are the criteria for Best Match? Meaning, how does the filtering and/or ordering work for that? The sorting order is per default set to this selection. In the case shown in the screenshot above, 260 results have been found. If I move on the bottom of the page, I can see the page navigation. Personally, I am missing a button for the Last Page. Currently, I would have to click many times on the Next button for reaching the last page. Yes, after going to the second page, I can manually set the URL-parameter page to 26 for getting quickier to the last page, but I think, that's not the intention. Once, I am on the last page, it looks like this. So the button 1 for the first page is always visible and lets me jump back to first page. I would like to suggest to implement a similar thing for the last page. In this case, e.g. by that 26 is shown when I am on the first page. I went back to the first page and unhided the advanced options. There is an option Specific posts, which can be found there. What is the purpose of this option? If I select it, it feels like that replies are more highlighted in the search results, but not always. So, I would like to understand, what that option is doing exactly. Also, let's say, I have Topics active and set the Search Order to Date. If I then switch to Specific posts, then the search results seem to loose their sorting order option. I can see the same vice-versa too: if I select in specific posts mode the sorting order, e.g. Views and switch to Topics again, the list with the sorting order does not show any checked entry.
