Re: Has Your Organization Set Up a Viva Engage Community for Microsoft 365 Collaboration?
This Viva Engage post has got over 15,000 views in three weeks. I used a couple tricks to boost engagement and retention (suggested users send me a chat in Teams and then press the up arrow) and let the users discover for themselves this undocumented trick in Microsoft Teams!4Views0likes0CommentsRe: Microsoft MVP Summit
2026 is just around the corner! I’m excited to attend either virtually or in person and I’m considering options for new MVPs to meet, network and visit campus (outside of the MVP summit). Microsoft no longer pays for MVPs to attend, so it’s not much different and there are plenty of things to do once you are there especially if you miss out on collaborating and meeting people in real life!42Views1like0CommentsRe: Microsoft Translator Conversation feature stopped working (“Unable to create new conversation”)
Check for app updates, clearing the cache sometimes fixes these things. If uninstalling/reinstalling doesn’t fix it check versions of iOS (the operating system might bring down different build of app?) Microsoft employees in Sweden might be another avenue. LinkedIn lets you search by employer and country - MS offices have phone numbers to chat with an employee.25Views0likes0CommentsRe: Partner Intune reporting questions
Best advice for Microsoft directly is reach out to someone on the product team like Lior Bela who can point you in the right direction. MVPs in Intune would be another suggestion. MVP.Microsoft.com website and use filters for Windows and Devices and Intune technology area.20Views0likes0CommentsRe: PowerPoint: Restore “Align” and “Distribute” tools in PP for iPad (v2.103)
MVPs are a great way to reach out with feedback. Before I received the award, I met Priyanka through LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/priyaankasinha a good person to reach out to. Blogs and presenters at Ignite are another creative way to find the right person/team at Microsoft19Views0likes0CommentsRe: PowerPoint for Mac - Embed font settings in broken if long file name
I found some people on the PowerPoint team that are really responsive to these kinds of issues. Priyanka Sinha https://www.linkedin.com/in/priyaankasinha is usually my goto on macOS PowerPoint issues. Another avenue is to ping MVPs in PowerPoint on mvp.Microsoft.com (my award isn’t in PPT specifically)25Views1like0CommentsRe: Comparing Microsoft 365 Apps for Windows, Mac, and Web: Which One Is Right for You?
Great article - there is still a single PowerPoint for macOS feature that isn’t in Windows: Reorder Objects! https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-the-selection-pane-to-manage-objects-in-documents-a6b2fd3e-d769-46c1-9b9c-b94e04a72550#officeversion=macos79Views1like0CommentsRe: What tool can I use in MS Teams to gather feedback with open-ended questions?
You can use a team channel (tag everyone or channel name) with replies, at mention forms, there’s a ton of third party tools (many are free or freeium) and I used to use Polly a lot. Hope this helps! Don’t discount forms. There’s also a Team your company can create that includes all accounts company wide (depending on your size of organization)14Views0likes0CommentsWindows 10 and 11 Dual Boot vs Hyper-V or Virtual Box, etc.
I have a Surface Studio 2 that is dual boot between Windows 10 and 11 - it allows me to pick the OS the boot screen. Anyone successfully configured this one another Surface old enough to support Windows 10? The recovery images were helpful in getting this setup in the first place. i used disk manager to shrink the partition so I could dual boot configure the system. In theory I could dual boot Windows 11 and use one install to join the Windows Insiders while maintaining another partition/image for production versions of the OS… My ARM versions of Surface don’t seem to run the Hyper V/Windows Sandbox as easily as my handy old Intel versions do!32Views0likes0Comments

Microsoft 365 Groups and Microsoft Teams – The Sixth Teams Administrative Role?
While I was studying for the Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700) exam, I learned a lot more about Microsoft 365 Groups than I previously knew. I was a full-time employee at Microsoft when Office 365 gr...2.7KViews1like0Comments
