If you are on a Mac and have interest in using the new Microsoft Office 365 icons a bit early, follow this procedure: 1. Download the PNG files posted from Matt Wade at https://jum.to/O365Icons 2. Open the file with Preview and click Edit - Copy 3. Open the Applications window in Finder by pressing Command+Shift+A 4. Highlight an Office 365 app like Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, Skype, OneNote (there are 10 PNG files in step one) 5. Press Command+I for Get Info 6. Highlight the graphic and then click Edit - Paste 7. Type in your password and the icons have been changed! I used the Disk Partition tool to shrink my C: partition on my Studio 2 and installed Windows 11 on a separate partition. Works really well except for things like the resizing of the taskbar (these are Windows 11 things, not Studio 2 things) so for training I run Windows 10 and still have room for other partitions if I want to enroll in the Windows Insiders channels, etc.4.4KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Breakout Teams Question - Black Screen
I ran into this with a government customer - some users were successful in entering the breakout rooms while others reported a black screen and were not assigned to the room appropriately. If this continues, there is a way to collect support logs on the Teams client. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/log-files. You could also ask users with the problem to document what they see with the steps recorder in Windows. Clicking on a window or dialog box takes a screen capture and they can save and send the file to a support tech. Great points - "listening" is a skill that Teams enables in a couple different ways. You can actively listen to a meeting, you can read something someone has typed in a conversation and you can watch recorded information (or even review or search the transcript).
