Ranjita For best practices or recommendations you should take a look at the Azure Security Center. Settings on tenant level can be set in Azure Active Directory > External Identities >External Collaboration Settings. You should deactivate „Guest can invite“ there. Under Azure Active Directory > User Settings restrict the access to the Azure AD Administration Portal. Brandon Hofmann This isnt a problem. It works perfectly with google (Just needed as Identity provider) and other aad. For everyone not using google or microsoft, there is a preview feature in aad. Hello Brandon, Maybe the solution for this would be inviting the users from other company's as guest user in your azure ad. (Its called B2B collaboration, check here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/b2b/what-is-b2b) I dont think the features will work, without giving them access to exchange. Actually no, because a global admin will ever be able to "hijack" your account by resetting the credentials. This is because the files hosted in your company's one drive, are company files. For your private files, use a private one drive. You can use a private and a company one drive together without problems. If your company has Office E3 or higher, your admin will be able to publish sensitivity-labels, where the creator of the file can encrypt it, so that it can only encrypted by the creator or other users with access (there are multiple configuration options).
