thanks Rudy. now i activated and enrolled windows hello for business during autopilot enrolment. i saw my onedrive policy is reported as applied successfully in intune to the device but on the device, the registry at Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\OneDrive is not there yet. i had to do several restart.onedrive silent sign in not working
am using onedrive per machine installation and azure ad joined and password. i cannot use whfb yet because organization is not ready for deployment. i have below onedrive policy deployed to device-based group. Silently sign in users to the OneDrive sync app with their Windows credentials Enabled Prompt users to move Windows known folders to OneDrive Enabled Prevent users from moving their Windows known folders to OneDrive Enabled Silently move Windows known folders to OneDrive Enabled Prevent users from syncing personal OneDrive accounts Enabled Set the sync app update ring Enabled Prevent users from redirecting their Windows known folders to their PC Enabled Allow syncing OneDrive accounts for only specific organizations Enabled Use OneDrive Files On-Demand Enabled after windows autopilot azure ad joined deployment, i login to work account. however, onedrive did not silent sign in. on the notification side, i received this suddenly. after i clicked on the notification and click my work account + 2fa + reboot, onedrive will silently sign in. i checked azure ad logs when sign in, it is using the application called "Device Management Client" i don't understand why and i am trying to achieve silent onedrive login. I cannot be asking user to take note of this notification and sign in manually and reboot everytime. anyone encounter this issue can advise how you solve please? thanks.teams room television will not get input when powered on
anyone encountered that teams room television will not get input when powered on randomly? when i powered off and powered on the tv, sometimes tv will shows no input and i have to reseat the hdmi from the teams room pc and sometimes have to restart the teams room to fix it tv is directly connected to teams room pc with hdmi cable. teams room pc using intel uhd graphic 630 and on its latest version 31.0.101.2114 tv display at 1920x1080 60ghz refresh ratesharepoint and intune app protection policy
when sharepoint android app is protected by intune app protection policy & does not allow local storage for 'allow user to save copies to selected services', viewing image file will have this error 'action blocked. download is disabled due to policy restrictions'. anyone having the same behavior?location permission per app
we have an app that requires to set 'Allow all the time' for location permission. We are using Intune MDM and the android 13 enrolled device are using the enrolment of android enterprise corporate-owned fully managed and corporate-owned with work profile. In Intune, there is app config and I set both location auto grant and deploy to the devices. After the app config is deployed successfully to the device, I checked the location permission for the app is still 'don't allow' Then I launch the app to accept the location permission prompt to select 'allow only while using the app'. However, the user is still able to change location permission for the app. Question is this by design that user is able to change the location permission of an app even it is set as auto grant in MDM? Is there a way or is it by design that google does not allow MDM to set 'allow all the time' for an app location permission and it needs to be set by user manually? Could not find any official answer from google or microsoft on this location privacy thing if it is by design.
