cipo80 I know it's not super clear, but the ConfigureCookies policy should get you what you need. There's an option for: SessionOnly (4) = Keep cookies for the duration of the session, except ones listed in 'SaveCookiesOnExit' (Save cookies when Microsoft Edge closes) which will clear cookies when the browser closes.Re: PLEASE add a 'Clear History on Exit" function to Edge Chromium
GlennR1490 Deeply sorry for the late response but I did want to let you know I filed a bug to investigate. When you close the app, are you using the "Exit browser" button in the "..." menu? This should kickoff a modal that warns you data will be cleared.Re: InPrivate and Family Groups for Edge
Hi there! On the computer that InPrivate is not disabled, is the activity reporting feature working? Also just to confirm, your child's account is signed into the device itself (ie. through Windows)? Hey TheShaunSaw ! Thanks for being an Insider! Are you still trying to stay in your family group? InPrivate should only be disabled if you have activity reporting enabled on family.microsoft.com, this is because we can't record any of your browsing history inside InPrivate. Depending on the setup of your account you may need your Parent's to do this through their account on family.microsoft.com.InPrivate theming
Hello Insiders! We've heard a lot of cool ideas and requests for themes in the browser but I wanted to start a discussion around InPrivate + Themes specifically. Theming refers to the color of the browser frame (tabs/favorites bar) and transient surfaces (right click menu, notifications). How would you expect themes to effect your InPrivate window frame and menus? Would you prefer themes from a regular browsing window to carry into InPrivate browsing? What are your thoughts on the current InPrivate theme? The current theming experience for InPrivate is that the frame of the browser is dark regardless if you're in light or dark theme in a normal window. bandit88 Hi there, To reduce confusion with the existing Clear browsing data policy, we created a policy dedicated to Cached images and files. This is currently in Edge83.
