Basing on my experience, I haven't encountered any issues moving users from Defender P1 to P2. But I suggest doing it on a test user or few users first, then monitor it a few days. Can I also please know what specific services are you asking that might cause an issue? Part 2: Typically, you go back from P2 to P1. I also do not see any problems on this. The only issues that I encounter previously (very rare) is when I turn it off for few hours and turn it back on. I think you don't need to. According to article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/hybrid-deployment/move-mailboxes#what-do-you-need-to-know-before-you-begin The Microsoft 365 or Office 365 Exchange license must be assigned only after the migration is complete. You then have 30 days to assign the license. I think the license is for the Exchange Online mailboxes only once it is migrated. For the mail flow going in-and-out of your on-premise Exchange Server, HCW (Hybrid Configuration Wizard) automatically creates an inbound and outbound connector in Exchange Online Admin Center for your Exchange Server. No, since Microsoft 365 and/or Office 365 (.onmicrosoft.com) is separated from Personal and/or Home Accounts like Outlook.com and GMAIL.COM. Even if you add your Outlook.com and GMail.com accounts to Outlook Desktop Applications, M365/O365 has no capability through search to your personal email. Roger Roger Let the user only use OWA for the meantime. What I mean is disconnect all devices where his mailbox is logged in or connected. If it is still happening, then we can assume that there is a problem on the mailbox itself. If it does not, then there might be a conflict on how devices handles the information of the calendar. If you are setup for Semi-Annual, then you will get Semi-Annual etc. I checked your version and it is the latest under Semi-Annual Channel. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office365-proplus-by-date You can try to change the channel to Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted).
