Teams Direct Routing : Set-csuser not available
Hi, I'm trying to set the number & enable a user for Enterprise voice, but I'm getting an error that the term 'set-csuser' is not recognized. I've installed the latest version of the SkypeOnline Powershell module & also the Teams Powershell module: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-powershell-install Currently I can't enable any new user for enterprise voice or assign them numbers. Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks, Joni.Solved51KViews0likes15CommentsView 'Audit Only' results
Hi, Maybe I'm missing something, but does anyone know how to view the 'Audit Only' logs for InTune? I've it setup for Win 10 End Point Protection > Microsoft Defender Exploit Guard > Process creation from Office communication products (beta). I've enabled InTune to use Log Analytics, but can't see how to query this or where to start from. Thanks.Solved1.5KViews0likes2CommentsPresence based routing & Busy on Busy on Call Queues
Hi, Has any one experience with using Presence Based Routing for call queues? We've setup round-robin call-queues, but the presence based routing doesn't switch on, so if users are busy etc... it ignores this and calls the user anyway. Also, has anyone enabled busy-on-busy for users in a call queue, does it work? This was a way to at least stop Teams ringing when a user is currently on a call. Thanks for any input! What is the license requirements for an OSx machine, is it still a Microsoft365-e5 license? I've on-boarded my own machine, of which I have an MS365-E5 license, but any others that I've rolled out aren't showing in the portal, they are all Office365-e3 licenses (With EMS e3). Can we upgrade them to EMS-E5 or does it need to be a Microsoft365-E5? Thanks.924Views0likes2CommentsWindows Information Protection [WIP] & Skype for Business [SfB]
Has anyone gotten Skype for Business working with Windows Information Protection via InTune? When we enable enable the Allow Overrides, it cuts off access to the services from any machines. When we put it back into Slient, SfB can then login; however nothing is reported in the logs in either scenario to allow us to configure the application as protected. Other applications are either logging the no access [ie Notepad++] or working as expected when setup under Protected Apps [ie. Outlook]. Thanks.734Views0likes0Comments
