Choose the File: A menu will appear, allowing you to choose the type of file you want to share. You can select "File" to upload a file from your computer or "Recent" to select a file you've recently worked on. You can also choose files from other integrated apps like OneDrive or SharePoint. 4. Select the File to Upload: Browse your computer or the connected apps to find and select the file you want to share. 5. Add a Message (Optional): You can add a message to accompany the file if you'd like. This can provide context or instructions related to the file. 6. Click "Send": Once you've selected the file and added a message (if desired), click the "Send" button to share the file in the chat or channel. 7. View Shared Files: The shared file will now appear in the chat or channel.
