Re: Microsoft Training Services Partner Designation – Courseware & Completion Tracking Guidance Needed
Hi Hamras, Please review program documentation in the Get Started collection. The list of courseware is part of our Title Plan document that is updated weekly on the ILT Comms blog. Note that courses often have required labs that you would procure from one of our Authorized Lab Hosters (more details on ALHs in the Get Started collection. Courseware is obtained through Microsoft Learn and is publicly available. Trainer materials are reserved for MCTs as they are the only individuals permitted to deliver official Microsoft training. Course completions are tracked via redemption of the Achievement Code provided to every student taking your official Microsoft course. Those values are reflected in your Partner Center Training Services Partner dashboard. The dashboard is updated once per month, to reflect the prior completed month. The next refresh will be in mid-April for data through March. Achievement Code and MTM survey information is in the Get Started collection. If you have any further questions after you review the materials, please let me know.Re: FY26 TSP Community Call Thread
Thanks for your time on the March CC's today. We won't have a shared folder for this call. Instead, the deck and recording will be on the Learning Resources site next week. We are working on a more permanent solution to be announced on a future call. Call invites for April 29th are attached.Re: Actual Release Dates for AB-XXX courses
Hi VioletMorava, this is a community for Training Services Partners. Training Services Partners deliver deep Microsoft technical training to individuals, SMBs and enterprise. I suggest you search for official Microsoft training providers in your area to find the course and modality that best fits your learning needs.Re: How do I know my company TSP status?
Hi Vitaly, this will show as "not started" until data lands in the dashboard from survey completions, achievement code redemptions, or exam purchases. At that point it should change to "in progress". Please note that the dashboard is only updated once per month, by about mid month, for all data through the completion of the previous month. Meaning that January data should be in there now, but Feb data won't land until mid-March. Another note - this "not started" label does not impact your TSP membership or ability to deliver official Microsoft training. It's only measuring progress to badged status. More info on the benchmarks for badged status can be found in our program overview guide in our Get Started collection.Re: FY26 TSP Community Call Thread
Hello partners - I'll be delayed in sharing anything about the February Community Call. An individual purposely disclosed NDA'd information from the call on a public site. This is causing us to review how we share information on the call and afterwards. As I have more information, I'll share it here. March Community Call is still scheduled for March 25, as previously planned. Invites attached.Re: AZ-900 - Correct Lab Usage?
Hi Joshua_J_VEL - I'm seeing conflicting info on the AZ-900 piece. I'll dig into it. Labs are required to be considered an official MSFT training, where labs are available. Labs are part of the training experience, and it would not be a complete training without including them.Re: How do I know my company TSP status?
Hi vk2, you should be seeing data in your Partner Center dashboard. Achievement codes can be constructed incorrectly but MTM data should pass through. Please send me a private message (click on my name) with your partner name and Microsoft ID# so that I can check the status of your account. Thanks.Re: TSP Renewal – Can Purchase Option Be Available After Membership Expiry?
Hi SrinivasR - there is a grace period of 30 days. You are correct that February purchases will not refresh on the Partner Center dashboard until March (typically around the 15th of the month). If you meet the requirements at the March refresh you should be able to enroll / renew. It's important to note that when Feb 2026 data lands on the dashboard in March, that Feb 2025 data will roll off and no longer be counted. Right now, you're seeing totals that include Feb 2025 data, so you'll want to account for anything that will roll off as you wait for the March update. You can look into the detail excels for each KPI area to determine anything from Feb 2025.Re: TSP Courseware Completions not populating in Partner Center
Hi ZaibQ11 - just replied on another thread but if you can send me your partner info (name and partner ID) and achievement codes that are not reflecting, I can investigate. Please also ensure that you're generating your achievement codes properly. The Achievement Code Onboarding and Usage Overview document in our Get Started collection is the best step-by-step document for making sure they are tagged with your partner information.Re: Courseware completions - Not updating
Hi tpt, so I'm clear, I think you're saying that you see the exams and MTM update every month on the TSP Partner Center dashboard, but not the achievement codes? Are they remaining static or are they increasing slower than you would expect? If you could send me a private message (click my name) with your company name, Microsoft ID number and the achievement codes you believe to not be reflecting I can investigate. Thank you.
